Installation

You need ImageJ free software. See here to download it.

Copy these .class files in ImageJ "plugins/Input-Output" directory

• HandleExtraFileTypes.class  (replace the existing one)
• HandleExtraFileTypes.java  (replace the existing one)
• EdfRead_.class
• EdfRead_.java
• HSTVolReader_.class
• HSTVolReader_.java
• HSTVolReader_16bits.class
• HSTVolReader_16bits.java
• jdom.jar

Then, you will be able to use in ImageJ:

File/open/*edf or File/open/*vol
