New file architecture on all beamlines (except ID29)

A new file architecture has been implemented on the beamlines to separate Raw data from processed data in order to facilitate data backup.

  • Raw data images are now written to a new subdirectory called RAW_DATA in the standard architecture (/data/visitor/mx####/beamline/date/RAW_DATA).
  • Automatically processed data can be found in the PROCESSED_DATA using the same file hierarchy (/data/visitor/mx####/beamline/date/PROCESSED_DATA).
