Pilatus 6M integration on ID29

How to collect the BEST data on ID29:

• Your processing template files are now also copied with your raw data images. They can be used for manual processing. The automatic processing results still lie under the PROCESSED_DATA main directory.
• The data are now written from the detector to the id29gate disks, with the root the /buffer/id29gate2/data instead of /data. At the end of the data collection, there is a script, started automatically, which transfers the data from the id29gate disk to NICE.
• During the data collection, the images can be visualized with adxv. For this you need to click on the "adxv follow" icon or to start the start_adxv_socket script on pi-id29. This starts a adxv on the id29gate computer and thus you can follow the images (approximately every tenth image).
  
• Thumbnails are now created for the first and last image of the shutterless datasets and are visible in ISPYB
• EDNA : BEST has now been adapted to propose a strategy which takes advantage of the Pilatus detector (operating at 12 Hz)
• data backup : lid29io (next to windows PC) is now equipped with a 10 Gb link and a USB 3.0 card which allow a transfer to 80-100 Mb/s. This is in addition to the existing linux box at the far end of the backup room (1 Gb link).
