The KB mirros will commission this year where we achieved a beamsize of 30 x 30 um² .

The commissioning was conducted at 8 KeV and we measured 10⁸ ph/s. The mirrors's roughness was relatively high (30 A). A replacement of these mirrors without any modification of the current setup and motorisation will allow a further reduction of beamsize.
