Venue

The Venue is the ESRF auditorium on the EPN Site.
 

Accommodation

Rooms have been pre-reserved at the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse on the EPN site.  Accommodation expenses (2 nights: 3 & 4 March) are covered by the organisers , only if you are accommodated at the Guesthouse.

Booking a room in a hotel in town, must be done by you, at your own expenses.

Guesthouse reservation are made via the registration page. You will receive a confirmation.

Please note that:
* for security reasons, the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse is not available for accompanying persons
* if you arrive after 20.00, you will have to ask for your room key at the site entrance.

 

Catering

Meals are taken at the ESRF/ILL common restaurant on site.
The participants from outside EPN will have to wear their badge and to show it to the cashier.
 
Note that no evening meal will be served at the ESRF-ILL Common restaurant - If you plan to arrive late on 3 March, note that there is no catering on the EPN Campus -
 
The Conference Dinner will be held onsite on Monday 4 March.
If you wish to attend this Dinner, please ensure you tick the appropriate box in the electronic registration. 
 
However, may we please request that you let us know if you change your plans and you can no longer attend.
