Presentations & posters

You are invited to upload your presentation and poster on the Indico website before Friday 30 September.

Presentations

Our projection system handles standard format. Please write the conference name and date at least on the first slide of your presentation.

Posters

The poster presentation will take place at ESRF on Thursday 6th October from 15:30 onwards.

A prize will be awarded for the Best Poster submitted. The posters will be judged by all participants and the winner announced on Friday morning.

Important

  • Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.
