On arrival at the site entrance, please specify that you are participating in the "EUCALL Annual Meeting"

The EPN Campus is a restricted area and you will be asked to produce proof of identification (e.g. passport, ID card) on arrival.

You will be given an Entrance Site Access Badge. Please wear this badge on site over the whole period of the event.

At the time of registration on Wednesday morning you will also be given an envelope with your workshop badge which will be your means of payment in the canteen.
 

For participants accommodated at the guesthouse, AND arriving after 20:00, the room key is given at the site entrance - ask for it !
