Registration for the Energy Materials workshop is open

Each participant should register through the ESRF events pages (if you don't have a login yet, you have to create your account as "First Time User" ).
You may want to contribute to the meeting with an oral or poster contribution. In the case of an oral contribution, you need to submit or abstract no later than the deadline of Friday 19 July 2019:

The notification of acceptance for an oral presentation will be sent by
Friday 26 July 2019. 

All abstracts that are not selected for an oral contribution will be automatically accepted as a poster.

 

The deadline for final registration for all participants is
Sunday 25 August 2019.

You will be able to send a poster title via the electronic registration.

The registration fee is 100 €.

This price includes:

  • accommodation in the guesthouse on the EPN campus
  • lunches, coffee breaks and Wine & Cheese on Monday 23 September
  • Workshop dinner on Tuesday 24 September

The participants should make their own travel arrangements which are not paid for by the ESRF.
