All participants are strongly encouraged to present their research during the symposium. 

The Poster Session will take place on the evening of Thursday 4th July with a buffet reception from 19:10 to 21:00.

The number of posters will be limited to 40.

The best posters will receive an award.

Selected abstracts will be given the opportunity to present a short talk (10 mins + 3 minutes of questions) in the main sessions.

Poster session - Instructions

  • Please use this template to submit your abstract
  • Save and submit your document under your family name to facilitate its further processing (e.g.: SMITH_Poster.pdf)
  • Abstracts MUST BE REGISTERED using the appropriate section "Documents" of the electronic registration form (from 15th January only).
  • You can register first, and add the abstract later.  However the abstract deadline is 1 June 2019
  • Please indicate on the registration form if your abstract should be considered for a short (10 min) talk.

Maximum recommended poster size: 110 cm height x 85 cm wide (or A0 poster format).

Velcro tabs to hang the posters will be provided by the organisers.

Please put up your poster on registration on Thursday 4th July and remove on Friday 5th July during the afternoon coffee break.
