The registration fee includes the accommodation in the guesthouse on site, the lunches, coffee breaks and aperitifs and one social dinner in town.
The other evening meals and all travel expenses are not paid for by the ESRF.

All participants will be accommodated at the ESRF/ILL Guesthouse on the EPN site.

Opening hours of the guesthouse reception:
 from 7:00 to 12:00 & 17:00 to 20:00
if you arrive outside the opening hours you will have to ask for your room key at the site entrance.

 

Meals

Lunches are taken at the ESRF/ILL common restaurant on site.
The participants will have to wear their school badge and to show it to the cashier.
After the evening lectures on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday poster sessions with aperitif will be organized. The dinners on these days are at your own charge.
Please note that the restaurant on site is closed in the evenings during the whole week.
The social dinner on Wednesday evening will take place in a restaurant in town.
