All the lecturers and successful candidates have to register by filling in the electronic registration form before Monday 24 April 2017.

The fee for the students is 550 €.

This price includes:

  • accommodation
  • meals
  • documentation
  • social events

The students should make their own travel arrangements which are not covered.

A limited number of bursaries will be given.

 

Registration for the HSC19 course will proceed in the following way:

1/ Each participant should pre-register before ** Sunday 19 March ** through the ESRF events pages (note that you have to login on this page to be able to follow the pre-registration process). You will have to provide the following documents:

  • a letter of motivation describing your experience with neutron and synchrotron radiation
  • a curriculum vitae including list of publications if any
  • a letter of recommendation from your supervisor

Note: if you are requesting a bursary, you should indicate and explain this in the letter of motivation, and this can also be detailed in your supervisor letter.

2/ The notification of acceptance for the school will be sent on Monday 27 March to all applicants.

3/ All accepted participants will then need to perform the final registration (and proceed to payment) by Monday 24 April. You will then also need to supply an abstract for your poster, using the provided template.
